Shipping policy
Order Fulfillment
All of our clothing products are printed on demand by one of our service providers based in the United Kingdom. Depending on the product, the fullfillment time ranges from 1 to 3 business days. The order is then shipped to us for a final quality check, before then being sent to you. Your tracking status will only update once it has been dispatched to you.
All shipping times below reflect the time it takes for this entire process, and we anticipate most orders will be delivered before the estimate. It may be the case that occasionally it will take a little longer to get to you and we will update you of any significant delays that affects the production of our print on demand products.
All other products (i.e. accessories, art toys, jewellery and most stationary) will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Any orders that contain a combination of the above categories of products will only be shipped once all the products in the order have reached us.
Any pre-order items will only be dispatched once the pre-order period has lapsed and estimated delivery dates will be clearly stated on the individual product page. Any orders that contain a pre-order item along with a combination of other products can be shipped seperately if requested. There will be an option to select your preference at check-out and shipping costs will be calculated accordingly.
All shipping prices below are inclusive of handling fees but DO NOT include any duties that are applicable to international orders. You are responsible for any customs fees, duties and/or VAT for any orders placed outside of the U.K. Please ensure to check your local customs website for any applicable fees.
We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.

We offer international shipping to the following countries:
EU
Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
REST OF THE WORLD
Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand.
USA
We are currently unable to ship to the USA due to the recent changes in import regulations. We are actively working on finding a duty paid solution to this as we do not want our customers to be negatively affected by unexpected and exorbitant customs charges.

We hope to update the list regularly, so please check back if your country is currently not listed above. We hope to be able to ship worldwide by the end of 2025.

Small Orders: £2.99
Standard Orders: £4.99
Large Orders: £9.99
Orders only containing accessories, jewellery, or stationary have an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days inclusive of handling.
Orders containing an item of clothing have an estimated delivery time of 7-10 business days inclusive of handling.
International (EU) Shipping Rates
We currently only offer standard shipping via Royal Mail International Tracked:
Small Orders: £9.99
Standard Orders: £12.99
Large Orders: £19.99
Orders only containing accessories, jewellery, or stationary have an estimated delivery time of 8-12 business days inclusive of handling.
Orders containing an item of clothing have an estimated delivery time of 12-17 business days inclusive of handling.
